Clint cooked his way around the world in top eateries before falling in love with traditional American BBQ. He perfected his smoking skills in the US then brought them home to establish Morepork, a drool-worthy BBQ hotspot in Auckland, that also delivers handcrafted sauces, rubs, and pre-smoked meats around Aotearoa.
He’s a pillar of the New Zealand BBQ community, a stalwart in the smoking scene, purveyor of ‘damn good food’, and we can’t wait to see what Clint fires up for Foodbox.
