V+ PB-choc oat cups
Forget boring porridge! Level up your morning oats with our delicious, protein-packed Victual+ oat cups. They’re simple to make and don’t require any cooking - plus the peanut butter chocolate topping is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Oat cups
- 3 scoops (1 serve) Viktual+ protein powder vanilla
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp Heilala vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt (optional)
PB-choc topping
- ½ cup chocolate or choc chips
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
Method
- In a bowl, mix together all oat cup ingredients.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill the cups about ¾ fullto leave room for the PB-choc topping (makes about 10 cups).
- Place in freezer for roughly 60-90 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter for PB-choc topping together in microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat if necessary.
- Place back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
